Our primitive brain is always scanning our surrounding for risks and opportunities. Soothe our primitive brain: there's no life treat, and there is no better opportunity than to fully focus on the task at hand keeping distractions away to unlock the state of flow necessary for deep work.

Our perception of time is subjective based on our emotions. Decision points are defining our day. We need to see how we spend our time as if we were our best friend to understand it with our heart-mind. Time diary helps us settle our emotions to achieve better judgement: get an unbiased gradient for our life

W6E4 - Negative emotions and time rabbit holes

Stillness and say no. Refuse to be triggered. Refuse to be taken for an emotional ride. Emotional dead end. Take an exit strategy if you are not balanced. Emotional topics are challenging. Don't let your Self engage in them without balance and training. Would you climb a mountain leaving bar camp in the evening? Or without adequate supplies?
Try to bring the long-term negative effect of short-term beneficial tasks to your day-to-day life: accountability, commitments with your Self. Discipline equals freedom

Against nihilism. Spiderman and big goals. Big goals are better umbrellas for unpredicted opportunities: having a big goal allows us to find a common meaning in disparate endeavors giving us a stronger sense of purpose. My mission in life is to empower people to elevate their decision-making. I'm doing this both in developing AI and in life coaching.
