W3E3 - Autobiographical meditation
Elevate your decision making by gaining perspective using this psychological exercise developed by the Stoics.
W3E4 - 1 YES = 1000 NOs
Learn to say no. Learn to be okay appearing stupid in many areas to focus your time to become an expert in one.
W3E5 - Stop using ToDo lists
As explained by Nir Eyal in his book "Indistractable" and by the Lifehack Method, stop using Todo lists as an immediate decision tool to answer "what should I do now" -> use a calendar instead. Todo lists open the door to our lizard brain. Remove thinking/decision making from your day. Rename Todo list, interest list, and look at it only once a week when scheduling your week. Rate any item on three dimensions: urgency, importance, leverage
